application, you must agree to the following.

AGREEMENT:

I understand that in order to qualify as a competitor in the Mrs. Alaska United States pageant, I must abide by the following rules:
        Entrant must be at least 21 years of age.
        Entrant agrees that the decisions of the judges are final.
        Entrant must be of good moral character.
        Entrant must be a citizen of the United States.
Entrant is defined as a naturally-born female meeting the criteria outlined in the rules and regulations.

I understand that if I win the title of Mrs. Alaska United States 2011, I will compete in the national Mrs. United States 2011 Pageant and will make a minimum
of 6 official Mrs. Alaska United States 2011 appearances.  I understand that upon winning the title, I will be obligated, under contract, to fulfill my duties as
Mrs. Alaska United States 2011.

I understand that the pageant is not responsible for any accident or injury incurred in travel to and from the pageant, or at the pageant itself.  I will take full
responsibility for and agree to release the Mrs. Alaska United States, its directors and agents from all liability regarding losses, damages, claims or debts
incurred by or made by myself in connection with this pageant.
NOTICE:  AFTER SUBMITTING THIS FORM, YOU WILL BE DIRECTED TO PAY THE $25 APPLICATION FEE.
