Any married woman 21 years or older that lives, works or owns property in Alaska may compete for the title of Mrs. Alaska.

When is the competition and what are the deadlines?
The Mrs. Alaska United States 2009 pageant will be held on May 31st. Applications are being accepted now! Since each entrant will want to be best
prepared for their time in front of the judges, entrants are encouraged to apply early. Each entrant is entitled to complimentary pageant preparation from
the Laura Model and Talent Agency, a value of $500. The sooner you apply, the sooner the lessons will begin.
The Mrs. Alaska United States 2009 pageant will be held on May 31st. Applications are being accepted now! Since each entrant will want to be best
prepared for their time in front of the judges, entrants are encouraged to apply early. Each entrant is entitled to complimentary pageant preparation from

- The first deadline for entry is April 1st. All entrants who apply before this date will receive a $25 reduction in the application cost.
- The final deadline for entry is May 1st. All entrants who wish to compete in the pageant on May 24th must have their necessary paperwork and
fees submitted by this date.

The 2009 Mrs. Alaska pageant is being held at the Anchorage Marriott Downtown, located in beautiful and
historic downtown Anchorage. The Marriott's elegant ballroom will be dramatically converted into a theater
style event which will see the crowning of the new Mrs. Alaska 2009. Out of town family and friends who will
be in the audience at the pageant are sure to be treated like royalty themselves as guests at the Anchorage
Marriott Downtown, which boasts an indoor pool and whirlpool, gourmet cuisine at the Cafe Promenade, a full
service business center, a fitness facility, and a concierge who is committed to each guest's comfort.

Letter. This letter can be customized and distributed to individuals and organizations for sponsorship, both financial and "in-kind" (ie. tanning, dress
alterations, head shot photography, wardrobe, etc.). These sponsors are invaluable partners in your quest towards becoming Mrs. Alaska. There is no limit
to the number of sponsors a contestant may receive.
